| IF YOU WANT TO SEND A PHOTO
You may e-mail your photo as an attachment or mail your photographs direct. If you e-mail, we need high resolution files with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (600 dpi is better) Save it as a JPEG. PLEASE include your message/name on the e-mail. If you mail, please do not write on the back of the photo or use paper clips. Enclose a separate piece of paper with the information you want etched, i.e. name, date, etc. Place your photo in between two pieces of cardboard. Your photograph will be returned with the product.

TYPESTYLES: Please allow us to chose a typestyle for you. We can etch a maximum of two lines under a photo.

Is there a return policy?
If we make an
engraving mistake, ship the item back to us.
We will provide a replacement at no charge to you.
If the mistake was yours, we will provide a (corrected)
replacement at 20% off the normal price.
Please Email us to get an authorization before returning any items. Please be aware that minor air bubbles, flow lines, and slight bumps are inherent to all glass and crystal products and these are not considered defects. The etched mirrors are not returnable unless damaged. |

What if I receive a damaged item?
Email or call us immediately and save the
packaging and the damaged items.
Notify UPS as soon as possible- they will examine
the packaging and the damaged item as part of their
investigation. Email us to get authorization before returning any items. |
| Is there a minimum order? No. |
| How do you ship orders? We ship via UPS ground to locations within the continental United States. At this time we do not ship to AK, HI, military bases or internationally. Since UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, we strongly recommend you indicate either a residential or business shipping address. Shipping charges are not included in our price. |
| How long is the production time? We e-mail a proof and ship 7-10 days after we receive your approval. |
